Medicine Bottle: return, not drink

The original poster explicitly distinguishes this treasure from a Healing Potion. Fluffy’s October 15 reply gives the ghost destination above; there is no success reply confirming that hand-in at sampling. The pickup location suggested earlier in the thread is uncertain and is not presented here as a fixed chest.^[1]

Amulet: the early downstairs room

Nitromaster161 points to the first skeleton downstairs, in the room reached by grappling above a wooden plank. Pipzavr then identifies the find as the Amulet, and Ox also says they found it. Use this named-item confirmation rather than assuming every “#7” list matches yours.^[2]

Diamond Ring: look above the archer, return to the river hand

In the treasure-help chain, the seeker finds the item after being told to climb the pipes through the hole above the skeleton archer beside the boat route. The later page points to the skeleton hand protruding from the middle of the boat river as the Ring’s return place; Pipzavr thanks the helper.^[3][5]

Gold Nugget: red-bat route, then look up

The helper describes the route from the lobby’s water/iron-cover descent into the bat area: pass the door and look for the overhead opening. Kodi reports finding the item after that clarification. todayisSs separately describes three parallel overhead pipes and a chest in the sewer water-gate area.^[6] This is a landmark lead, not a coordinate.^[4]

Crown and Codex: single-player leads

The same discussion places the Crown on one of two skeletons behind the golden door in the bat dining room. For the Codex, it describes a partly flooded spore room: strike the unusually large spore that does not burst on approach. These two leads have no separate found-item confirmation in that exchange.^[4]

Frog and Dog Statues are a separate question

A current Xbox Game Pass help-thread reply describes animal statues as cosmetic, with Workbench copies available after finding them. This is one player’s claim, not a developer rule or our test.^[7] It does not identify every statue mentioned elsewhere in the game; do not treat a similarly named key item as disposable.

Match names before following numbers

This is a selected-route lookup, not all 21 treasures or a full return checklist. The thread mixes achievement and journal numbering, and several places remain unclear. The named subsections keep those reports useful without turning ambiguous numbered clues into guaranteed routes. No route here was tested by this site.
