Cooking Table missing? Check the Wild Corn pickup.

Try picking up Wild Corn rather than assuming that building a Workbench unlocks the Cooking Table. DragonWolf005 reports that finding Wild Corn in the bat room made the option available; another player confirms the Workbench alone had not unlocked it.[1]
The reported sequence
- Check the actual recipe list after making the Workbench. Do not spend more materials on a duplicate station just to repeat the assumption.
- Look for Wild Corn in the bat-room area. If your initial supply was cooked, compare the Corn-area leads.
- After picking it up, check the Cooking Table option again. Record the platform and game version if it remains missing.
One solved unlock report, not a universal trigger list
The original poster edited in this solution on October 15. Zirakhe independently reports the same missing option after making a Workbench, but does not report testing the Corn pickup. That is one success report, not two.[1]

Cooking Table or three-slot puzzle?
If you can see a dining table with three places near a gold door, use the bat-room dishes and clues. That is a puzzle, not the craftable Cooking Table menu.
