Which way should the six crypt statues face?

Use the closed door as north. From the door back, the left row faces south, northeast, northeast; the right row faces northwest, northwest, southwest. Keleborn gives this orientation in the catacomb help thread; the original poster thanks them and explains that the statues follow the continuing floor line.[1]
Fix your viewing direction before turning anything
This is the crypt puzzle with two rows of three placed statues. Face the closed door, with the female statue at the opposite end behind you. “Left” and “right” below use that view throughout. It is a way to describe the room, not a claim that the game has a compass.[1]

Already rotated them? Match the final directions
- Identify the door end first; do not swap the nearest and farthest rows when walking around the room.
- Compare each statue’s current facing with the table, then turn only the mismatching ones.
- Check both rows again from the same viewpoint. A click count from a fresh puzzle cannot tell you the remaining turns from an unknown position.
A separate mid-game discussion gives the same directional answer. Another thread merely links back to that discussion, so it adds a question, not an independent solution.[2]
Check that you are at the six-statue puzzle
The four food-Gem pedestals and the Frog and Dog treasure discussion are different tasks. If a pedestal is still empty, finish placing the statues before using a six-facing answer; this page does not establish a complete statue collection or mold recipe. Launch-week Steam community accounts; client platform and exact patch are not specified. This guide has not been playtested by this site. It promises the reported facing arrangement, not every prerequisite or the contents behind the door.
